What We Do

Our Services

From spray foam to concrete lifting or  foundation sealing. Northern Iowa Insulation delivers lasting results for ag, commercial, and residential customers across Northern Iowa.

01

Spray Foam

The gold standard for air sealing and insulation. Closed-cell spray foam creates a rigid, moisture-resistant barrier that dramatically reduces energy loss and strengthens the structure it's applied to. Open cell is slightly more budget friendly and great if full cavity fill is needed and moisture isn’t a concern.

Ideal for ag buildings, pole barns, commercial warehouses, and new construction. Closed-cell foam delivers an R-value of approximately 6–7 per inch, seals out air and moisture simultaneously, and adds structural rigidity to walls and rooflines. Whether you're insulating a new build or retrofitting an existing structure, it's the most durable solution available.

  • Ag buildings and pole barns
  • Commercial warehouses and shops
  • New construction framing
  • Retrofit and remodel projects
02

Concrete Lifting

Sunken, cracked, or uneven concrete is a trip hazard and an eyesore. We use polyurethane foam injection to lift and level slabs quickly — no demolition, no mess, no days of downtime.

Polyurethane foam is injected beneath the slab through small drilled holes. The foam expands, filling voids and lifting the concrete back to its original position. The process is fast, clean, and far more cost-effective than full slab replacement. Driveways, sidewalks, shop floors, and aprons are all candidates.

  • Driveways and sidewalks
  • Shop and garage floors
  • Aprons and loading docks
  • Settled or void-filled slabs

Blown-In Attic Insulation

Cellulose and fiberglass blown-in insulation is one of the most cost-effective ways to improve your home's energy efficiency. We fill gaps, cover joists, and bring your attic up to the right R-value fast.

Blown-in insulation conforms to irregular spaces and covers every corner of your attic floor without gaps. Cellulose is made from recycled material and offers excellent thermal and sound performance. Fiberglass blown-in is lightweight, non-combustible, and moisture-resistant. Both options are installed quickly with minimal disruption to your home.

Foundation Sealing

Water intrusion and air infiltration through foundation walls are silent energy drains and long-term structural risks. We seal foundations from the inside or outside to stop moisture before it becomes a problem.

Foundation sealing with spray foam or specialized sealants stops water vapor, bulk water, and cold air from entering through cracks, joints, and porous concrete. Particularly valuable in Northern Iowa's freeze-thaw climate, where foundation movement and moisture cycles are constant. Protect your basement, crawl space, or slab from the ground up.
